FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The Charging Dock is available for Meta Quest 3, Quest 3S, and Quest 2 — just select your headset version when ordering. The dock uses Meta's secure pogo-pin connection system for safe, reliable charging every time.
The controllers typically reach full charge in about 2-3 hours. The dock's smart charging circuitry hits optimal charging speed while protecting long-term battery health. Subtle LED indicators let you know when charging is complete.
Yes. The Charging Dock charges your headset and both controllers simultaneously. Drop everything into the dock and it charges automatically — no cables to fumble with. Your full setup stays ready to play 24/7.
Your package includes the Charging Dock base, magnetic controller attachments that snap onto your Touch controllers, a USB-C power cable, and a power adapter. Everything you need for a clean, cable-free charging setup right out of the box.
No. The charging attachments are designed to work with your standard wrist straps in place. Drop your controllers into the dock and they connect automatically — wrist straps stay on, no fumbling.
30-day money-back guarantee. If the Charging Dock doesn't transform your setup into the clean, always-ready experience you deserve, send it back for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fees, no fine print.
Everything is working great until today when the controllers aren’t charging now when you put the controllers in the dock, they’re supposed to automatically charge which they have been for a few weeks or so now now all of a sudden they’re not really charging for a start with the right one now it’s the left one if I take the battery out and charge the battery individually out of the controller it works, but the whole point of this me buying this entire system was for convenience. You put the controller in the dock, and the charges up auto automatically the batteries are only a month old. I did charge the right side battery individually and it charged it up to 100% but it’s not charging in the dock.
Good unit, but the instructions are vague for fitting the batteries to the hand controllers. You need to insert the little magnetic charge adapters into the usb c slot in the batteries before you fit the batteries and cover Otherwise there is no connection to charge the battery
Disappointed!!! The headset charges but not the controllers. The indicator light shows the headset charging but not the controllers and one controller is now 0% and the other is at 100%. I contacted customer service and they asked for a video to show the problem. I have sent them a video and the picture shown here.
I bought the charging stand, but is different model than im asked to review. The picture posted is the model I have it works well holds everything, even with the comfort strap and battery pack ..and so far we have no complaints.
Absolutely love it !! and a bargain as well, so much cheaper buying from nordquest ..... rather than amazon or other retailer. many thanks nordquest. not too sure about longevity, but the item seems well made and sturdy.
This is a great company -they were quick to help me when I had a problem/ and took the time to give me troubleshooting advice that got me back on track! Thank you!
Nice stand but needs a few things to make is better... one, If you attach the battery headset... the stand is useless even with the center peg. I had to place a box on underneath the battery portion (back end) of the head set otherwise it just falls off the stand. Also the USB-C cord is to short. I do like the charging indicator light on the stand. If you plan on adding silicone grips.. the rechargeable grip batteries don't work. Truthfully I would not purchase this stand as a charging unit. Just purchase the normal one.
Convenient and neat. I’m saving money using the rechargeable units in the controllers. Controllers never even get close to low battery. I also use the nordquest head strap with extended battery. It takes a little while to charge both so I charge them separately rather than through pass.
It’s a blessing in any event.
Everything is exactly like stated. Everything works extremely well and enhanced my son's gaming experience a million times. Grateful that it wasn't some cheap knockoff works really well. Extends gaming time X10
Not ideal if you have the power pack attached. I have to dismantle the headset to charge. Also you have to charge the headset and controllers separately or the controllers will not get enough power.
I'm not sure how it could improve , mine keeps making the charging noise every minute or so and takes more than all night too charge fully, the controllers also rarely change from red to blue saying they are fully charged. I have to constantly move the batteries around for them to connect.
I'm not sure if the color is supposed to light up around the bottom just show it's charging or not but mine doesn't and I had bought the extended battery on the headpiece so the face piece doesn't sit right on the charging dock. So it's not exactly what I needed and I'm not sure it works right but I bought it and I'll have to make it work.
The charging dock doesn,t work. Will not charge the hand sets and i have to keep putting normal batteries in the hand sets to play the meta. the unit indicates that every thing is charged and its not, even the headset.
Ok, so it's cool and handy to store the headset on but I was expecting it to charge on docking rather than have to plug it in. Also whilst it comes with rechargeable batteries, these do jot support the wireless charging or at least I haven't been able to make them work.
It says compatible with “any head strap”, but I got the battery pack head strap that they advertise religiously, and it’s too back heavy to stay on the stand. And you have to charge the battery pack separately from the car, otherwise your headset will drain itself. Also, the 4 magnetic C charger adapters it comes with don’t plug into anything, just 4 extra useless components.
It’s pretty, but not as functional as advertised.
