To be 100% honest i was very sceptical buying this item because it looked to good to be true and being advertised on Facebook Market place gave me thoughts of scam or poor quality. Well how wrong can a person be ? In my case i was 100% wrong. For that i apologise. Tracking was available at all times and Nord Quest sent emails which was brilliant! Try boxing with the factory head strap.. no thanks.. Play boxing with comfort strap.. I purchased this with the intent of a Christmas present and had it sent to my mother in laws house (our od state where we spent Christmas). I wasnt aware, nothing in sales add etc it was being shipped from out of the country and had an EXTENDED delivery time. Needless to say the package DID not arrive while we were there. My mother in law had to send it back for me. Hopefully they are good with the return policy. It was never opened or used. Ill follow up with how it goes.
