This is a picture of the replacement head strap you sent me and I was very happy to finally not have this battery do nothing but drain my battery in stead of extending my play time. I was surprised to find out that it is about 1 1/2 to two inches shorter than my original strap. I didn’t know you made a children’s small size, I thought they were one size fits all or it’s a factory defect and they cut the strap off to short, and I can’t even get it on my head. This is crazy so now what do I do this new one is useless. Can you please send me a RTV label to send back another replacement and open the box before you send it to me this time and make sure it is the correct size. I am frustrated with this purchase and I almost would prefer just getting my money back and I will send both of these back and find another one somewhere else. Neither of those are usable, except it is more comfortable but I also wanted the 5 or 6 hours of extended battery life. Just let me know which way you would like to handle this issue. Thank you
I really enjoy it. The extended battery life is perfect. Just wish it was a tad more comfortable when laying down. Simple design and easy to use.

So far so good. I have no complaints. It was very easy to install. Just be careful not to over tighten the new strap. It definitely helps not to leave red marks on my face as bad. Having the extra play time is really nice .

I love the comfort strap with battery pack. Really comfortable, easy to adjust and extends okay for as long as I ever need it. Yet based on my experience and the comments I have read, the company would benefit from making two things clear up front. First, it is drop shipped from China, so very dependent on customs and handlers. Expect the maximum delivery time (15 days in my case). Second, to charge, unplug it from the headset. If you have played so long that both the battery and the headset are low, charge each one separately. That seems to get the optimal performance and battery life.

Overall it works great and as intended. Better distribution of weight. The only problem I have with it is that it’s difficult to adjust for large heads like mine. At its max I can get it to work decently but I feel like there could be more adjustments added to accommodate larger heads and more comfort.

The product works great but it took over two (2) weeks for it to be delivered. The shipping date was wrong and it didn’t update with latest shipping information. Other than shipping, I would recommend this product as it is very comfortable to wear.
Get a better courier because I haven’t received my order after an entire month of it sitting in a warehouse in Melbourne. I live in Adelaide

I love having the extra battery time but I’m disappointed that the lights in the back isn’t working. I asked for support but didn’t get any. Besides it being a little heavy I like it and would recommend it.
We had an issue with our battery pack, the cable would no longer insert correctly to charge the main unit. We inquired about a buying a replacement cable and were informed the cable was not available. But they offered a tremendous discount on a new entire strap with battery pack. We could not be happier with the battery pack and the fact that they stand behind their product. Highly recommend.
