This is a picture of the replacement head strap you sent me and I was very happy to finally not have this battery do nothing but drain my battery in stead of extending my play time. I was surprised to find out that it is about 1 1/2 to two inches shorter than my original strap. I didn’t know you made a children’s small size, I thought they were one size fits all or it’s a factory defect and they cut the strap off to short, and I can’t even get it on my head. This is crazy so now what do I do this new one is useless. Can you please send me a RTV label to send back another replacement and open the box before you send it to me this time and make sure it is the correct size. I am frustrated with this purchase and I almost would prefer just getting my money back and I will send both of these back and find another one somewhere else. Neither of those are usable, except it is more comfortable but I also wanted the 5 or 6 hours of extended battery life. Just let me know which way you would like to handle this issue. Thank you
I really enjoy it. The extended battery life is perfect. Just wish it was a tad more comfortable when laying down. Simple design and easy to use.

I love having the extra battery time but I’m disappointed that the lights in the back isn’t working. I asked for support but didn’t get any. Besides it being a little heavy I like it and would recommend it.
We had an issue with our battery pack, the cable would no longer insert correctly to charge the main unit. We inquired about a buying a replacement cable and were informed the cable was not available. But they offered a tremendous discount on a new entire strap with battery pack. We could not be happier with the battery pack and the fact that they stand behind their product. Highly recommend.
Bought this for extended battery life on my headset but the added bonus is it totally enhances the comfort factor and weight balance is superb, everything from price is great , comfort superb & battery life is amazing… highly recommended 👍🏻

I havent need to try the warranty yet so that's a plus so far i dig it. It seems nice. My only "issue" is where the foam comfort strap mounts to the battery pack it pops out of it very easily. But so far so good other than that minor inconvenience

It's pretty good i can play around to 4 - 6 hours long and the comfort pack is great. But the downside it's to small, I don't know if it had sizes selection but it's too small for me but any else it's pretty good.

Awesome! Fits well, no more horrible Quest 3 straps which are an absolute pain, battery lasts almost 3x as long as the standard Quest battery and the replacement facial interface is really comfy. 10/10 will recommend!
