Got it for my kid because the regular strap didn't fit right. This one fits comfortably and is easily adjustable. She loves that she can play a lot longer with the battery pack attachment. The only issue is that she gets red marks on her forehead and cheeks probably because she has it adjusted to tight

It’s comfortable and fits well, but does NOT provide much extra battery life, it’s slow to charge, and on a couple occasions I’ve came home to find the pack and headset still completely dead despite being on the charger all day while I’m at work. The controller s last FOREVER with the rechargeable batteries though, and the stand is awesome!

The product itself is good so far however the experience of buying from this company was terrible after buying it there was pure radio silence for far far too long given the cost I had to reach out to even get an update finally got an update on its progress was promised it would ship within the following 72 hours waiting and got further radio silence and the promise got broken and ONLY managed to get them to ship it by saying I was going to ask for a refund if they didn't have good news then when it arrived the box looks like it had been stomped on multiple times genuinely worst buying experience Ive ever had and will not ever be buying from here again and would not recommend to anyone else to buy from here

My head is bigger than most, and on the largest adjustment it barelyyyyyy fits my head, so it fits pretty tight and does get uncomfortable and gives me a headache after some time. Would give it 5 stars were it not for this.
